Centroid

Centroid specializes in cybersecurity, software development, big data and cloud computing services. Put simply, it is about building software for you when nothing off the shelf fits.

Who is it for? Mostly companies with a specific process to automate. Related areas on their profile: Cloud Computing and Software Engineering. They are a small team, 11 to 50 people, which usually shapes who they work with. You will probably talk to the people who build it, which is great until you need 24/7 support.

Centroid is based in Annapolis Junction, Maryland. You can read more at centroid-llc.com.

Things worth asking about: portfolio relevance, who owns the code, and how they handle changes. Ask for a trial on your own data, not a canned demo.

If you have worked with Centroid, tell the next buyer what you paid and what surprised you. That is the part of this page we cannot write.
