Centricity

Centricityc provides enterprise asset management, IT, training, staff augmentation, and GIS services. The job it does: building software for you when nothing off the shelf fits.

The natural audience is companies with a specific process to automate. They also list Asset Management, so expect those to show up in the feature set. They are a very small team, 1 to 10 people, which usually shapes who they work with. You will probably talk to the people who build it, which is great until you need 24/7 support.

Centricity is based in Cedar City, Utah. You can read more at centricitygis.com.
