Cellular Plus

Cellular Plus specializes in providing satellite TV services, dish apps and customer services to restaurants, retails, apartments & offices. The job it does: designing and building iOS and Android apps.

It makes the most sense for businesses launching or rebuilding an app. They also list Customer Service and TV, so expect those to show up in the feature set. They are a very small team, 1 to 10 people, which usually shapes who they work with. You will probably talk to the people who build it, which is great until you need 24/7 support.

Cellular Plus is based in Bakersfield, California. More on realtvdeal.com.

Before you commit, look at portfolio quality, app store experience, and maintenance terms. Get the renewal terms in writing before the first invoice.
