CellForce

CellForce is a marketing agency that offers SMS, MMS, email, mobile marketing and software development services. The job it does: running campaigns, content and ads for clients who do not have an in-house team.

It makes the most sense for small and mid-sized businesses. They also list Advertising, Email, Marketing and SMS, so expect those to show up in the feature set. They are a small team, 11 to 50 people, which usually shapes who they work with. Small vendors mean quick answers and real influence on the roadmap, but check who covers support when someone is out.

CellForce is based in Jupiter, Florida. You can read more at cellforce.com.

Before you commit, look at who does the work day to day, reporting cadence, and contract length. Get the renewal terms in writing before the first invoice.

If you have worked with CellForce, tell the next buyer what you paid and what surprised you. That is the part of this page we cannot write.
