Celebrity Staff

Celebrity Staff is a staffing and recruiting company that provides administrative, management, and legal placement services. In practice that means managing your IT, from help desk to infrastructure, as an outside partner.

It makes the most sense for small and mid-sized companies. Alongside the main category they mention Consulting, Human Resources, Legal and Staffing Agency. They are a large team, 501 to 1,000 people, which usually shapes who they work with. At that size expect formal onboarding, documentation and a longer sales cycle.

Celebrity Staff is based in Omaha, Nebraska and around since 1965. Their site is celebritystaff.com.

Things worth asking about: response SLAs, onboarding, and what is billed per hour. Ask for a trial on your own data, not a canned demo.
