CCD Services

CCD is a Midwest-based company and consulting service dedicated to helping business owners manage and streamline their business operations. That is the short version of CCD Services. Put simply, it is about managing your IT, from help desk to infrastructure, as an outside partner.

The natural audience is small and mid-sized companies. Related areas on their profile: Management Consulting. As a very small company team themselves (1 to 10 people), they tend to serve customers of a similar scale best. You will probably talk to the people who build it, which is great until you need 24/7 support.

CCD Services is based in Stilwell, Kansas. You can read more at ccdservicesinc.com.

Before you commit, look at response SLAs, onboarding, and what is billed per hour. Get the renewal terms in writing before the first invoice.
