CC Systems

CC Systems provides optical and ophthalmic laboratory management software solutions for the eyewear industry. Put simply, it is about running an online store from catalog to checkout.

The natural audience is retailers and brands. Alongside the main category they mention Eyewear and Retail. As a small product team themselves (11 to 50 people), they tend to serve customers of a similar scale best. You will probably talk to the people who build it, which is great until you need 24/7 support.

CC Systems is based in Largo, Florida and founded in 1984. Their site is opticalonline.com.

Things worth asking about: transaction fees, themes, and app ecosystem. A short pilot with your real data tells you more than any demo.

If you have worked with CC Systems, tell the next buyer what you paid and what surprised you. That is the part of this page we cannot write.
