CATON Systems

CATON Systems is a Technology Services firm focusing on complex engineering problems and the unique solutions they require. Put simply, it is about managing your IT, from help desk to infrastructure, as an outside partner.

The natural audience is small and mid-sized companies. Alongside the main category they mention Consulting and Professional Networking. They are a very small team, 1 to 10 people, which usually shapes who they work with. You will probably talk to the people who build it, which is great until you need 24/7 support.

CATON Systems is based in Chicago, Illinois. Their site is catonsystems.com.

Things worth asking about: response SLAs, onboarding, and what is billed per hour. A short pilot with your real data tells you more than any demo.

If you have worked with CATON Systems, tell the next buyer what you paid and what surprised you. That is the part of this page we cannot write.
