Castaway Tech

Castaway helps companies and organizations to develop, implement and fulfill end of IT lifecycle processes. In practice that means managing your IT, from help desk to infrastructure, as an outside partner.

Who is it for? Mostly small and mid-sized companies. Related areas on their profile: Information Services and Waste Management. As a small company team themselves (11 to 50 people), they tend to serve customers of a similar scale best. Small vendors mean quick answers and real influence on the roadmap, but check who covers support when someone is out.

Castaway Tech is based in Methuen, Massachusetts. More on castawaytech.com.
