Cassinian Software

Cassinian Software is an It based software firm offering software solutions. Put simply, it is about managing your IT, from help desk to infrastructure, as an outside partner.

Who is it for? Mostly small and mid-sized companies. They also list IT Management, so expect those to show up in the feature set. As a very small company team themselves (1 to 10 people), they tend to serve customers of a similar scale best. Small vendors mean quick answers and real influence on the roadmap, but check who covers support when someone is out.

Cassinian Software is based in Mesa, Arizona and around since 2016. Their site is cassiniansoftware.com.

Before you commit, look at response SLAs, onboarding, and what is billed per hour. Get the renewal terms in writing before the first invoice.

If you have worked with Cassinian Software, tell the next buyer what you paid and what surprised you. That is the part of this page we cannot write.
