Caselite Software

Caselite Software offers web-based tools for intervention scheduling simple and documentation for special teachers working in the schools. In practice that means building software for you when nothing off the shelf fits.

Who is it for? Mostly companies with a specific process to automate. They are a very small team, 1 to 10 people, which usually shapes who they work with. Small vendors mean quick answers and real influence on the roadmap, but check who covers support when someone is out.

Caselite Software is based in West Chester, Pennsylvania and founded in 2003. Their site is caselite.com.

Things worth asking about: portfolio relevance, who owns the code, and how they handle changes. Get the renewal terms in writing before the first invoice.
