Cartegraph

Cartegraph offer SaaS solutions that help local government agencies manage their physical assets and associated operations. The job it does: designing and building iOS and Android apps.

Who is it for? Mostly businesses launching or rebuilding an app. Alongside the main category they mention Android, Asset Management, CivicTech, Government and GovTech. They are a mid-sized team, 51 to 200 people, which usually shapes who they work with.

Cartegraph is based in Dubuque, Iowa and around since 1994. Their site is cartegraph.com.

Before you commit, look at portfolio quality, app store experience, and maintenance terms. Get the renewal terms in writing before the first invoice.

If you have worked with Cartegraph, tell the next buyer what you paid and what surprised you. That is the part of this page we cannot write.
