Captivix

Captivix is a Digital Transformation consulting & services firm offering Web, Mobile, eCommerce, ERP & BI solutions for mid-large size firms. In practice that means managing your IT, from help desk to infrastructure, as an outside partner.

Who is it for? Mostly small and mid-sized companies. Related areas on their profile: Business Intelligence, Consulting, E-Commerce and Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP). As a small company team themselves (11 to 50 people), they tend to serve customers of a similar scale best. You will probably talk to the people who build it, which is great until you need 24/7 support.

Captivix is based in Chicago, Illinois and founded in 2011. Their site is captivix.com.

Before you commit, look at response SLAs, onboarding, and what is billed per hour. A short pilot with your real data tells you more than any demo.
