Capp-Ware Solutions

Capp-Ware Solutions offers IT services and software for network security and efficiency, including IP monitoring and password management. The job it does: assessing, monitoring and responding to security threats on your behalf.

It makes the most sense for companies without a full security team. They also list Hardware and Network Security, so expect those to show up in the feature set. As a very small company team themselves (1 to 10 people), they tend to serve customers of a similar scale best. You will probably talk to the people who build it, which is great until you need 24/7 support.

Capp-Ware Solutions is based in Arlington, Texas. Their site is capp-ware.com.

Before you commit, look at response times, what is included in monitoring, and reporting. Get the renewal terms in writing before the first invoice.
