CapitolTrack offers legislative tracking software with a dashboard for tracking bills and budgets of the California state. In practice that means turning support emails and chats into tickets with owners, priorities and SLAs.

Who is it for? Mostly support teams from two people to hundreds. They also list Customer Service and Government, so expect those to show up in the feature set. As a very small product team themselves (1 to 10 people), they tend to serve customers of a similar scale best. Small vendors mean quick answers and real influence on the roadmap, but check who covers support when someone is out.
