Cannata + Associates

Cannata + Associates is a contract software engineering firm offering website development, web services, and database design. Put simply, it is about designing and building websites and web apps.

Who is it for? Mostly companies that need a site that works and ranks. They also list Database, Embedded Software and Web Development, so expect those to show up in the feature set. They are a very small team, 1 to 10 people, which usually shapes who they work with. Small vendors mean quick answers and real influence on the roadmap, but check who covers support when someone is out.

Cannata + Associates is based in San Diego, California. You can read more at cannatasoftware.com.

Our checklist for this category: portfolio, CMS choice, and who maintains it afterwards. Ask for a trial on your own data, not a canned demo.

If you have worked with Cannata + Associates, tell the next buyer what you paid and what surprised you. That is the part of this page we cannot write.
