Candid Solutions

Candid Solutions is an IT support and IT services company that provides digital transformation, cybersecurity, and managed services. In practice that means assessing, monitoring and responding to security threats on your behalf.

Who is it for? Mostly companies without a full security team. Alongside the main category they mention Infrastructure and Security. They are a mid-sized team, 51 to 200 people, which usually shapes who they work with.

Candid Solutions is based in Chicago, Illinois and around since 2006. Their site is candid.solutions.

Before you commit, look at response times, what is included in monitoring, and reporting. Ask for a trial on your own data, not a canned demo.

If you have worked with Candid Solutions, tell the next buyer what you paid and what surprised you. That is the part of this page we cannot write.
