Campus Suite

CampusSuite is a web service designed to help educators manage school communications. The job it does: building software for you when nothing off the shelf fits.

The natural audience is companies with a specific process to automate. Alongside the main category they mention Charter Schools, EdTech and Education. As a small company team themselves (11 to 50 people), they tend to serve customers of a similar scale best. Small vendors mean quick answers and real influence on the roadmap, but check who covers support when someone is out.

Campus Suite is based in Newport, Kentucky. Their site is campussuite.com.

Before you commit, look at portfolio relevance, who owns the code, and how they handle changes. Ask for a trial on your own data, not a canned demo.

If you have worked with Campus Suite, tell the next buyer what you paid and what surprised you. That is the part of this page we cannot write.
