Calsoft

Calsoft is a software engineering services company specializing in storage, networking, cloud, and analytics domains. The job it does: managing your IT, from help desk to infrastructure, as an outside partner.

The natural audience is small and mid-sized companies. Alongside the main category they mention Cloud Computing and Virtualization. As a large company team themselves (1,001 to 5,000 people), they tend to serve customers of a similar scale best. Bigger vendor, more process. Budget time for procurement.

Calsoft is based in San Jose, California and founded in 1998. Their site is calsoftinc.com.

Things worth asking about: response SLAs, onboarding, and what is billed per hour. Ask for a trial on your own data, not a canned demo.
