It makes the most sense for analysts and leadership teams. They also list Analytics and VoIP, so expect those to show up in the feature set. As a large product team themselves (501 to 1,000 people), they tend to serve customers of a similar scale best. At that size expect formal onboarding, documentation and a longer sales cycle.
