Cal Lab Access

Cal Lab Access is an IT firm that specializes in online calibration and asset-tracking management database solutions. In practice that means managing your IT, from help desk to infrastructure, as an outside partner.

The natural audience is small and mid-sized companies. They also list Advice and Consulting, so expect those to show up in the feature set. They are a mid-sized team, 51 to 200 people, which usually shapes who they work with.

Cal Lab Access is based in Shrewsbury, Massachusetts. More on callabaccess.com.

Things worth asking about: response SLAs, onboarding, and what is billed per hour. Get the renewal terms in writing before the first invoice.

If you have worked with Cal Lab Access, tell the next buyer what you paid and what surprised you. That is the part of this page we cannot write.
