CADFEM

CADFEM provides engineering analysis software sales, consultancy, training and technical services to a variety of global and UK customers. Put simply, it is about managing your IT, from help desk to infrastructure, as an outside partner.

It makes the most sense for small and mid-sized companies. They also list Advice, Consulting, Hardware, Manufacturing and Technical Support, so expect those to show up in the feature set. They are a very small team, 1 to 10 people, which usually shapes who they work with. You will probably talk to the people who build it, which is great until you need 24/7 support.
