C Speed

C Speed LLC is a computer software company provides innovative product development and engineering services. In practice that means managing your IT, from help desk to infrastructure, as an outside partner.

It makes the most sense for small and mid-sized companies. They also list Architecture, Consumer Electronics, Medical and Military, so expect those to show up in the feature set. They are a small team, 11 to 50 people, which usually shapes who they work with. You will probably talk to the people who build it, which is great until you need 24/7 support.

C Speed is based in Liverpool, New York and around since 2006. More on cspeed.com.

Before you commit, look at response SLAs, onboarding, and what is billed per hour. A short pilot with your real data tells you more than any demo.

If you have worked with C Speed, tell the next buyer what you paid and what surprised you. That is the part of this page we cannot write.
