C.L. Hebron Enterprises

C.L. Hebron Enterprises provides quality management and IT consulting services. The job it does: managing your IT, from help desk to infrastructure, as an outside partner.

Who is it for? Mostly small and mid-sized companies. They also list Management Consulting and Quality Assurance, so expect those to show up in the feature set. As a very small company team themselves (1 to 10 people), they tend to serve customers of a similar scale best. You will probably talk to the people who build it, which is great until you need 24/7 support.

C.L. Hebron Enterprises is based in Slidell, Louisiana. Their site is clhebronenterprises.com.

Before you commit, look at response SLAs, onboarding, and what is billed per hour. Get the renewal terms in writing before the first invoice.
