C-IX Security

C-IX Security engages in designs, installs, and maintains for residential and commercial security solutions. The job it does: assessing, monitoring and responding to security threats on your behalf.

It makes the most sense for companies without a full security team. Related areas on their profile: Security. They are a very small team, 1 to 10 people, which usually shapes who they work with. Small vendors mean quick answers and real influence on the roadmap, but check who covers support when someone is out.

C-IX Security is based in Pueblo, Colorado and founded in 2001. Their site is c-ix.com.

Things worth asking about: response times, what is included in monitoring, and reporting. Ask for a trial on your own data, not a canned demo.

If you have worked with C-IX Security, tell the next buyer what you paid and what surprised you. That is the part of this page we cannot write.
