Byte Networking

Byte Networking is a full-service network consulting services firm that provides complete network design, integration & diagnostic services. In practice that means managing your IT, from help desk to infrastructure, as an outside partner.

The natural audience is small and mid-sized companies. Alongside the main category they mention Consulting and Service Industry. As a very small company team themselves (1 to 10 people), they tend to serve customers of a similar scale best. You will probably talk to the people who build it, which is great until you need 24/7 support.

Byte Networking is based in Juneau, Alaska and founded in 2004. Their site is new.bytenetworking.com.

Things worth asking about: response SLAs, onboarding, and what is billed per hour. Get the renewal terms in writing before the first invoice.
