Buyfolio

Buyfolio is a web tool that helps brokers and clients connect, search, organize, collaborate and streamline the home-buying process. The job it does: building software for you when nothing off the shelf fits.

The natural audience is companies with a specific process to automate. Alongside the main category they mention Collaboration, Real Estate and Social Media. As a very small company team themselves (1 to 10 people), they tend to serve customers of a similar scale best. Small vendors mean quick answers and real influence on the roadmap, but check who covers support when someone is out.

Buyfolio is based in New York, New York. More on buyfolio.com.

Before you commit, look at portfolio relevance, who owns the code, and how they handle changes. Get the renewal terms in writing before the first invoice.
