BuyerMLS

BuyerMLS is an agent-only buyer database allowing agents to promote and advertise their buyers needs anonymously. In practice that means leases, rent, maintenance and tenant communication.

The natural audience is property managers and landlords. They also list Property Management and Real Estate, so expect those to show up in the feature set. They are a small team, 11 to 50 people, which usually shapes who they work with. You will probably talk to the people who build it, which is great until you need 24/7 support.

BuyerMLS is based in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. More on getbuyside.com.

Before you commit, look at online payments, screening, and accounting. Get the renewal terms in writing before the first invoice.
