Buoy Development

Buoy Development is a software firm specializing in building Android applications and web APIs. In practice that means designing and building iOS and Android apps.

It makes the most sense for businesses launching or rebuilding an app. Alongside the main category they mention Web Design and Web Development. They are a very small team, 1 to 10 people, which usually shapes who they work with. You will probably talk to the people who build it, which is great until you need 24/7 support.

Buoy Development is based in Brooklyn, New York. Their site is buoydevelopment.com.
