BuildingSP, Inc.

BuildingSP, Inc. is a software development company that is automating the use of Building Information Modeling for building infrastructure. The job it does: building AI products and features, often for other companies.

It makes the most sense for companies adding AI to a product. They also list Artificial Intelligence (AI), Construction, Green Building and Smart Building, so expect those to show up in the feature set. As a very small company team themselves (1 to 10 people), they tend to serve customers of a similar scale best. You will probably talk to the people who build it, which is great until you need 24/7 support.

BuildingSP, Inc. is based in Sutter, California. Their site is buildingsp.com.

Before you commit, look at track record, data handling, and who owns the models. Get the renewal terms in writing before the first invoice.
