Buildings IOT

Buildings IOT simplifies smart buildings with software, services, and solutions for every aspect of building management. The job it does: building software for you when nothing off the shelf fits.

It makes the most sense for companies with a specific process to automate. They also list Analytics, Commercial Real Estate and Data Management, so expect those to show up in the feature set. As a mid-sized company team themselves (51 to 200 people), they tend to serve customers of a similar scale best.

Buildings IOT is based in Concord, California and around since 1958. You can read more at buildingsiot.com.

Things worth asking about: portfolio relevance, who owns the code, and how they handle changes. Ask for a trial on your own data, not a canned demo.

The facts above come from public company records. The score will come from people like you. Used Buildings IOT? Rate it.
