BuilderFusion

BuilderFusion Inc. is #1 in technology and Parade of Homes solutions for HBAs and BIAs. Put simply, it is about leases, rent, maintenance and tenant communication.

It makes the most sense for property managers and landlords. Alongside the main category they mention Building Material, Consumer Electronics and Real Estate. As a small product team themselves (11 to 50 people), they tend to serve customers of a similar scale best. You will probably talk to the people who build it, which is great until you need 24/7 support.

BuilderFusion is based in Orem, Utah. Their site is builderfusion.com.

Our checklist for this category: online payments, screening, and accounting. A short pilot with your real data tells you more than any demo.

If you have worked with BuilderFusion, tell the next buyer what you paid and what surprised you. That is the part of this page we cannot write.
