BuilderBid

BuilderBid Software offers a platform to send bid invites, collect subcontractor quotes, compare proposals, and manage awards. In practice that means planning work, assigning owners and seeing what is late.

Who is it for? Mostly teams of any size with deadlines. Alongside the main category they mention Building Material, Cloud Computing, Collaboration, Construction and Productivity Tools. They are a very small team, 1 to 10 people, which usually shapes who they work with. You will probably talk to the people who build it, which is great until you need 24/7 support.

BuilderBid is based in Little Rock, Arkansas. Their site is builderbid.com.

Things worth asking about: views like boards and Gantt, dependencies, and guest access. Get the renewal terms in writing before the first invoice.

If you have worked with BuilderBid, tell the next buyer what you paid and what surprised you. That is the part of this page we cannot write.
