Builder Rocket

Builder Rocket is construction estimate and bidding software that enhances efficiency and transforms the building process. The job it does: bids, schedules, documents and field reports for building projects.

It makes the most sense for contractors and builders. They also list Construction, so expect those to show up in the feature set. As a very small product team themselves (1 to 10 people), they tend to serve customers of a similar scale best. You will probably talk to the people who build it, which is great until you need 24/7 support.

Builder Rocket is based in Spartanburg, South Carolina. Their site is builderrocket.build.

Before you commit, look at mobile use on site, document control, and cost tracking. Get the renewal terms in writing before the first invoice.

If you have worked with Builder Rocket, tell the next buyer what you paid and what surprised you. That is the part of this page we cannot write.
