Builder Homesite

Builder Homesite is a consulting firm which provides digital solutions to Home Technology companies. Put simply, it is about managing your IT, from help desk to infrastructure, as an outside partner.

The natural audience is small and mid-sized companies. Alongside the main category they mention Consulting, Legal and Real Estate. As a mid-sized company team themselves (51 to 200 people), they tend to serve customers of a similar scale best.

Builder Homesite is based in Austin, Texas and around since 2000. Their site is builderhomesite.com.

Things worth asking about: response SLAs, onboarding, and what is billed per hour. Get the renewal terms in writing before the first invoice.

If you have worked with Builder Homesite, tell the next buyer what you paid and what surprised you. That is the part of this page we cannot write.
