Build Quorum

Here is Build Quorum in plain terms. Quorum lets users create and share free email campaigns that reach legislators' inbox in minutes. The job it does: building software for you when nothing off the shelf fits.

The natural audience is companies with a specific process to automate. They are a very small team, 1 to 10 people, which usually shapes who they work with. Small vendors mean quick answers and real influence on the roadmap, but check who covers support when someone is out.

Build Quorum is based in Wilmington, Delaware and founded in 2015. Their site is buildquorum.com.

Before you commit, look at portfolio relevance, who owns the code, and how they handle changes. A short pilot with your real data tells you more than any demo.
