Bten US

Here is Bten US in plain terms. Bten is an information technology company that offers software, time tracking, and SMS services. The job it does: building software for you when nothing off the shelf fits.

The natural audience is companies with a specific process to automate. They also list Real Time and SMS, so expect those to show up in the feature set. As a small company team themselves (11 to 50 people), they tend to serve customers of a similar scale best. You will probably talk to the people who build it, which is great until you need 24/7 support.

Bten US is based in Sarasota, Florida and around since 2019. You can read more at bten.us.

Things worth asking about: portfolio relevance, who owns the code, and how they handle changes. Ask for a trial on your own data, not a canned demo.

Every review on Revaw shows how it was verified, so if you know Bten US well, your review carries weight here.
