BST Group

BST Group provides consulting services, ERP software, sage HRMS software for distributors and manufacturers. In practice that means building software for you when nothing off the shelf fits.

Who is it for? Mostly companies with a specific process to automate. They also list Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) and Human Resources, so expect those to show up in the feature set. As a small company team themselves (11 to 50 people), they tend to serve customers of a similar scale best. Small vendors mean quick answers and real influence on the roadmap, but check who covers support when someone is out.

BST Group is based in Eden Prairie, Minnesota. You can read more at bstgroup.com.

Things worth asking about: portfolio relevance, who owns the code, and how they handle changes. Ask for a trial on your own data, not a canned demo.
