Brongus offers a wide range of IT solutions such as managed IT, data recovery, data backup, VoIP and cloud services. Put simply, it is about managing your IT, from help desk to infrastructure, as an outside partner.

The natural audience is small and mid-sized companies. They also list Cloud Data Services, Information Services, Technical Support and VoIP, so expect those to show up in the feature set. As a very small company team themselves (1 to 10 people), they tend to serve customers of a similar scale best. You will probably talk to the people who build it, which is great until you need 24/7 support.
