BrightNest

BrightNest provides homeowners with tips and tools to shape up their homes. Put simply, it is about leases, rent, maintenance and tenant communication.

Who is it for? Mostly property managers and landlords. Alongside the main category they mention Hardware, Home and Garden, Online Portals and Real Estate. They are a small team, 11 to 50 people, which usually shapes who they work with. You will probably talk to the people who build it, which is great until you need 24/7 support.

BrightNest is based in Denver, Colorado. More on brightnest.com.

Our checklist for this category: online payments, screening, and accounting. A short pilot with your real data tells you more than any demo.

Every review on Revaw shows how it was verified, so if you know BrightNest well, your review carries weight here.
