Bright Ideas Technology

Bright Ideas Technology is a custom software solution. In practice that means building software for you when nothing off the shelf fits.

Who is it for? Mostly companies with a specific process to automate. As a small company team themselves (11 to 50 people), they tend to serve customers of a similar scale best. You will probably talk to the people who build it, which is great until you need 24/7 support.

Bright Ideas Technology is based in Portage, Michigan and around since 2011. You can read more at brightideastech.com.

Things worth asking about: portfolio relevance, who owns the code, and how they handle changes. Ask for a trial on your own data, not a canned demo.

Every review on Revaw shows how it was verified, so if you know Bright Ideas Technology well, your review carries weight here.
