Bridgesoft

Bridgesoft is an IT consulting company that provides java development and testing solutions for information security management. In practice that means handling IT tickets, assets and changes in an organized way.

The natural audience is IT departments. They also list Consulting and IT Management, so expect those to show up in the feature set. As a small product team themselves (11 to 50 people), they tend to serve customers of a similar scale best. Small vendors mean quick answers and real influence on the roadmap, but check who covers support when someone is out.

Bridgesoft is based in Wilmington, Delaware. You can read more at bridgesoft.com.

Things worth asking about: self-service portal, asset tracking, and automation. A short pilot with your real data tells you more than any demo.

Every review on Revaw shows how it was verified, so if you know Bridgesoft well, your review carries weight here.
