BridgelineTEK

BridgelineTEK is a consulting firm that specializes in training, recruitment, design, testing recommendation, and software support services. In practice that means managing your IT, from help desk to infrastructure, as an outside partner.

The natural audience is small and mid-sized companies. They also list Consulting, Recruiting and Training, so expect those to show up in the feature set. As a very small company team themselves (1 to 10 people), they tend to serve customers of a similar scale best. You will probably talk to the people who build it, which is great until you need 24/7 support.

BridgelineTEK is based in Dodgeville, Wisconsin. More on bridgelinetek.com.
