Bridge 18

Bridge 18 Software Solutions Inc. offers fleet management software for small trucking companies. Put simply, it is about managing your IT, from help desk to infrastructure, as an outside partner.

It makes the most sense for small and mid-sized companies. They also list Consulting, so expect those to show up in the feature set. As a small company team themselves (11 to 50 people), they tend to serve customers of a similar scale best. You will probably talk to the people who build it, which is great until you need 24/7 support.

Bridge 18 is based in Pleasanton, California. Their site is bridge18.com.

Our checklist for this category: response SLAs, onboarding, and what is billed per hour. A short pilot with your real data tells you more than any demo.

If you have worked with Bridge 18, tell the next buyer what you paid and what surprised you. That is the part of this page we cannot write.
