Brick Bridge Consulting

Brick Bridge Consulting is a software development and consulting firm providing industry-leading software products and enterprise solutions. The job it does: managing your IT, from help desk to infrastructure, as an outside partner.

Who is it for? Mostly small and mid-sized companies. Alongside the main category they mention Consulting. As a small company team themselves (11 to 50 people), they tend to serve customers of a similar scale best. Small vendors mean quick answers and real influence on the roadmap, but check who covers support when someone is out.

Brick Bridge Consulting is based in Louisville, Kentucky. Their site is brickbridgeconsulting.com.

Things worth asking about: response SLAs, onboarding, and what is billed per hour. A short pilot with your real data tells you more than any demo.
