Overview
Brave New Software is a non-profit IT organization that builds software. The job it does: solving a specific business problem with software.
Who is it for? Mostly teams in its space. Related areas on their profile: Non Profit. They are a small team, 11 to 50 people, which usually shapes who they work with. You will probably talk to the people who build it, which is great until you need 24/7 support.
Brave New Software is based in Pasadena, California. More on bravenewsoftware.org.
Things worth asking about: pricing, support, and how it fits with the tools you already use. Ask for a trial on your own data, not a canned demo.
If you have worked with Brave New Software, tell the next buyer what you paid and what surprised you. That is the part of this page we cannot write.
