Bracket Team

Bracket Team offers a digital platform for real-time sports tournament information, catering to coaches, parents, and fans. The job it does: designing and building iOS and Android apps.

The natural audience is businesses launching or rebuilding an app. Alongside the main category they mention Digital Media and Mobile Apps. As a very small company team themselves (1 to 10 people), they tend to serve customers of a similar scale best. You will probably talk to the people who build it, which is great until you need 24/7 support.

Bracket Team is based in Clayton, California. More on bracketteam.com.

Things worth asking about: portfolio quality, app store experience, and maintenance terms. A short pilot with your real data tells you more than any demo.
