Brachin

Brachin is an IT firm that specializes in artificial intelligence and big data staffing as well as consulting services. The job it does: managing your IT, from help desk to infrastructure, as an outside partner.

The natural audience is small and mid-sized companies. Alongside the main category they mention Artificial Intelligence (AI), Big Data, Consulting, Human Resources and Recruiting. They are a small team, 11 to 50 people, which usually shapes who they work with. You will probably talk to the people who build it, which is great until you need 24/7 support.

Brachin is based in New York, New York and around since 2011. More on brachin.com.

Things worth asking about: response SLAs, onboarding, and what is billed per hour. Ask for a trial on your own data, not a canned demo.
