BoxBoat Technologies

BoxBoat is a services company specializing in Containers, DevOps, Continuous Delivery, and Cloud Migration engagements. In practice that means managing your IT, from help desk to infrastructure, as an outside partner.

Who is it for? Mostly small and mid-sized companies. Alongside the main category they mention DevOps. They are a mid-sized team, 51 to 200 people, which usually shapes who they work with.

BoxBoat Technologies is based in Bethesda, Maryland. You can read more at boxboat.com.

Things worth asking about: response SLAs, onboarding, and what is billed per hour. Ask for a trial on your own data, not a canned demo.

If you have worked with BoxBoat Technologies, tell the next buyer what you paid and what surprised you. That is the part of this page we cannot write.
