Botmakers

Botmakers is a chatbot template marketplace that helps marketing agencies and resellers create chatbots. The job it does: running campaigns, content and ads for clients who do not have an in-house team.

The natural audience is small and mid-sized businesses. Alongside the main category they mention Artificial Intelligence (AI), Chatbot, Digital Marketing, Marketing Automation and Marketplace. They are a very small team, 1 to 10 people, which usually shapes who they work with. Small vendors mean quick answers and real influence on the roadmap, but check who covers support when someone is out.

Botmakers is based in San Mateo, California. You can read more at botmakers.net.

Before you commit, look at who does the work day to day, reporting cadence, and contract length. A short pilot with your real data tells you more than any demo.

Every review on Revaw shows how it was verified, so if you know Botmakers well, your review carries weight here.
